my suggestion is, send email individually better to send one email on behalf of all forum members, shows unity and they know how many cases are in pending. somebody from this forum take responsibility draft brief and precise letter to him and on second page forum members time line, when CHC-I got their file.

I think all of us should write an email to Jason Kenny and copy it to Steven harper, congratulate them on their success and request them to look into processing time for CHC-ISB and remind them of their mandate as he said I am going to take care of all Canadians, I humbly request everyone to do that. I am sure if they get a lot of emails they may pay attention to it

Well its 3PM in toronto and I believe their office is in Ottawa (same time zone) and I have been on the hold for an hour now :'(

i strongly agree with u members who r thinking to write one mail behalf of all of us (especially those who r waiting for more than timeline and who r over thier normal period). plzz make a plan and inform us and others so we take a step and asap write to em . but how and who will do it on the behalf of all of us in pain ??

if govt is back in power tht means our mp's r back again and we can ask thier support again ??? plzz reply guys .

My personal opinion is to write letters to NDP-MPs as I have good experience writing to them and they took some action. Writing to Harpees or Jason is ok too but don't expect anything, they are the one who started all this mess..

I sent an email to kutta kenney on March 1, 2011... I got an acknowledgment that you will get a reply within 10 to 30 days... I called them again on April 1, 2011, a guy told me that kutta kenney is no more minister and he is busy in election campaign, call our office after the election...

I called kutta kenney's Calgary and Ottawa office today and found out that kutta kenney and his staff just got back to the office today... A guy from kutta kenney's Ottawa office told me that i should write and other email... So, I just sent an email to our honorable minister kutta kenney...

Lets see what happens...
