my case was forwarded to CHC in last December and still i get no response
should i have to send some Email or i have to wait more i mean after how long
i can send them Email for Inquiry of my case
some one told me don't send them E_mail before 9 months
please yarr i am so fed up cuz before time was 16 now 21 months what they want do with us

welcome to the CHC world... this is how it goes.. we have filed our cases since so long nad we r still witing.. so don't get fed up.. its just the start... there is no point of e-mailing them and ask them.. even if u e-mail them all they gonna say is that ur case is in qeue to be reviewed... so i think its better if u wait for them to ask u something

well its not bad to email them atleast they see later that you are impatient about your spouse ,but nothing to speed up ur process so just send them an email and ask them for update so we are still happy for this 21 months dhar to iss batt ka hai ke abe 31 mai na chala jaye so best of luck

Friends Lets be serious now. By looking at the objections rate especially on Rukhsati. Lets do something about this and should inform the authorties In Canada that "Rukhsati" bride leave her parents home and stay in Husband home, since husbands has to comeback to Canada so whom she should stay with??? Thus to be on the safe side it is normally mutally understanding between the two families that bride should stay with her parents up untill visa is ready and upon getting the VISA than Rukhsati will take place and she will moved to her new home. Thus this does not need to be an objection as this is in accordance to culturally & religiously.

for few months i was so busy in my job and study and i didn't have time to check but today i was sitting in my office and ready to go to my class i just opend to check my online status and i thought may be CHC got some kind of "SHaram" and time proses time will be less but when i open that time line page i was just shocked "what the hell" 21 months i was so sad today also in my class
i called my wife every day she already miss me so much and i am thinking when i tell her this news today she will be more sad but yar this is really not fare with us check other countries time line even in india just 6 months and same time line from every long time pakistanio ka sath to pata nai kya bat ha
rat ko in ko koye dream ata ha yah agly din pakistanio ki time line barha daty han
yarr koye to samjaye ham be insan han

lolzzzz ur right brother.. but wat can we do.. all of us r going through the same thing.. now it has been so long that sad reh reh kar sadness hi khatum ho gaye hai lol hehhee..
its true that they have increased the time to 21 months.. when i filed my husband case the timeline was for 16 months.. but still we waiting it has been more then 16 months now.. so can't do enything except wait and pray from Allah to help all of us..
don't look at the website again and again it is going to depress u guys more.. n the online status forget about it man lolzz it changes after so long n only once in a while..
so we all hope that every one gets away from this problem... but they r gonna take the time.. n they r gonna do watever they wanan do .. Allah hi hai bus.. do lots of duas for hellppp

but sis masla yah ha ka ALLAH ALLAH kar ka 5 month guzary or socha ka ok 11 months left but jab dobara dakah to 21...... yani abi be wahi hun jahan case submit karwaty hoye socaha tha

pata nai kya masla ha in logon ka sath well chalo ab dakhty han ka kya karty han
wasy ak bat ha ka USA immgration is way better then CANADA immgration one year ka time laty han or pury one year main visa issue almost so many case around me about USA all gone in one year

atleast woh is risthy ki kadar to karty han na or fast proses karty han ka wife and husband jaldy mil jayein

ya USA wal bhi aab zada time le rahein hain... unki thori hard hoti hai immigration i think.. aur unka bhi time period aab zaida hi ho gaya hai ... is lea sub aik hi cheez hai... we have to pass through this tough time no matter wat cuz we got no choice ... i hope that aap k jaldi ho gaye Insallah..

I think those of us who are in college/university lets gather with your friends, write a paper against CHC and display it on public notice boards. If you have a student union discuss with them as this hurt our focus on study.

We can also write to our desi news paper so that they can publish in newspaper lets our community read it and may they wakeup to act togather.

In addition to above there are non-profit orgization for mental health, for immigration like "NO ONE IS ILLEGAL" If possible lets meet personally to a counslor and explain the concern to see if they can issue the problem in their orginzation magzine and website. These counslors from Non-Profit Organizations are very kind and helpfull.

In ko masla ye hy ke Chachu Roast kya howa SOOR khata hy din raat tu iss liye demag be oss ka soor jaise he ho gya hy. Shakil aur pait se nahi dekha ap ne ke lanit le le ke kya bana howa hy.

ok brother give me the address i will personaly go there since afther all these wait i am sick i am getting depression medication and i was in hospital which before i never had any medical record in canada since this chc torture us so much with lots of proof with hospital and doctore i can go there i am in toronto ,but i dont know where to go and complian
