I just got a response from CHC-ISB .... ONE MORE OBJECTION ..... Due to this election drama they are messing up with everyone .
My marriage was a complete marriage ( rukhsati included ) and I lived their with her for 8 months before returning to Canada . We have a baby girl too , whose application for citizenship & passport is in process . I dont understand why are they objecting and on what basis ??? I was a Canadian Citizen when i got married . Now they are asking all the proofs for the last 1 year regarding my residence in canada and asked IMM8 , Schedule 1 , IMM5406 and supplementary info forms for my wife .

the objection doesn't seem to have anything to do with ur marriage being genuine.. u've mentioned tht u had a complete marriage rukhsati included but have they objected on the genuineness of your marriage?? from your post, I can infer that their concern is if u'll live in Canada once ur spouse application is approved and that is not correlated with ur rukhsati.

Huma umair has received the same kind of objection.. u might want to start gathering ur evidences of residency in Canada..for instance your employment..taxes paid, any property u have here etc etc.

at this stage, I believe you should order caips notes to get an idea of what activity is going on, on your file.
