Whywait they never sent ne ppr to my husband re-pcc and supp forms were sent in late 2010 re-med was done dec 2nd 2010 jan18th 2011 file was in que to be reviewed by an immigration officer march 22nd decision was made and april 6th today they refused my case

Forgot to mention, CIC transfared my application to islamabad for my spause, she is also included in my application, Will they hold me for her backgournd verification??? or they will do it separelty, bkz I livein alberta since 2 years and she never been out of Pakistan.

Mubarak ho g. If you have sent passport and it has gone to decision made it means the passport has been stamped with visa and inshAllah you will be getting it soon. This has happened in the past to MANY forum members who were waiting for the return of their passport and some people got decision made before having the passport and others got decision made after receiving it back so don't worry ;D

Been 1 week since my wife received letter stating marriage appears to not be genuine.

30 days remaining for my wife and I to respond, otherwise they will make decision based on information on hand.

I saw an immigration lawyer who has now helped us organize our repsonse, sad part was that he stated our evidence we have provided previously is 100 times better than most he has seen submitted for folks whos applications were approved :S

I have a meeting with our MP on Friday, I hope with elections looming, they will take extra steps in assisting us in order to secure my vote.

Yes i read the letter they have refused ... im quiet calm .. im a very strong person when it comes to these kinda things ..
itna wait ker lia or kerlongi but i feel this was insane that they refused becuz of one stupid pcc ..
khair inshallah jo hota hai achay k liye hi hota hai .. or Allah ko jo manzoor ..

Case not rejected yet!!! Letter received to respond to their letter of appearing our marriage is not genuine!!!

Our situation is difficult, no ruskhati...just nikkah over phone. We have all other support documents: pictures,emails, phone bills, support payments etc.

Because CIC website timeline says 21 months, we thought we had time and were planning on going to Pakistan to do rukhsati when hot season ends. Now we have to explain it and hope they wont reject us before that happens.

Man o Man what a day today with unfavourable news, I had received such letter also in Oct 2010 and Lawyer told me samething that after seeing all these proof If I were the officer I will approve your case, no question to ask upuntill yesterday I was thinking I am the least lucky person who became victom of CHC but today I realized its not me many of my companions are same as I am. Ird gird ke dosto ki story read krne ke baad bhol gya mujhe apna CHC ka gham and Jatti be aj lar pari & rus gi aj. offff

One thing I would say to you friends, no mater what proof.paper.email.chat.pic you send to CHC please make a copy for yourself also and always get the TCS delivery print out from TCS website as you never know when things turn around so you should be ready to kick their as***.

i don't think so they accept nikkah on phone its not legit y ppl make this mistake?

anybody sponsor wife and he did only nikkah (not on phone) no rukhsati and he received refusal or rejection.
