On march 22nd i had the same message on e-cas and today they sent me a refusal letter .. im not trying to scare .. inshallah jo hoga acha hoga dont worry

i m so saddddddddd for my sister marya.....................
i become so furious at home... startd yellin n fightng wid my brohters..... cnt conrol my angry... poor my sis kam frd........
hope everythng happens for good.....

ive been reading about this fuss created by PCC, can anyone tell me for sure that living at different addresses within pakistan also requires multiple PCC or just one PCC.. Does anyone have accurate info on this. Cuz my wife provided just one PCC from current address..

OMG!!! I'm sorry to hear this They are starting to give more and more refuseals these days I'm worried!!!

ok bad news from my side guys ...
they refused my husband file .. saying that not satisfied with no PCC from saudi arabia ...
that is just insane ..

ive been reading about this fuss created by PCC, can anyone tell me for sure that living at different addresses within pakistan also requires multiple PCC or just one PCC.. Does anyone have accurate info on this. Cuz my wife provided just one PCC from current address..

Okay.. My wife's family moved right before the wedding, so the PCC she got was from the relevant district police station in Karachi and they wrote on the PCC that there are no criminal records for this person for the past month or so. I was worried when I saw that because I know they are going to come back and request another one since this was only for a month. But when i think about it now, PCC expires in 6 months anyways, so when they request another one due to this issue or expiration, she will have to get a new one and that one would have more months of residence at the new address. I am not sure how long your wife lived at the new place before getting the PCC from that district police station. I would suggest, to call the embassy if they request for another one and find out if they want the PCC from each district station she resided at since turning 18 OR just a recent one OR for the past 12 months.

marya238, they had requested for my hubby's passport 2 months ago and now this!! only thing they wanted was confirmation of Right Of Permanent Resident Fee and Mississauga gave them the confirmation last week!!

OFFFFFFFFFF i'm soo worried! I don't want to fall under the process of appeal!!

salaams everyone... been reading though i'd share as well...

well my wife just got the objection letter saying they are not satisfied because we have not done rukhsati... but we have done the rukhsati later on (nikkah in dec09, applied feb10, rukhsati july10) and we sent an update as well, once via my mp in sept, then again i sent in everything (pics, tix, wedding card etc) in end of feb on my own... so why still the objection? earlier in feb we received the re-pcc request which we sent already... can the officer reviewing my case not have received the updates?

and the most worrisome part, on the letter the address stated under my wife's name is not hers !! the file number is correct but the address is wrong (the envelope had the right address though)... could all the updates i sent have been attached to a different case???

Call the embassy in this case. Tell them you have sent all the updates and rukhstai pix etc, and ask them why you are being asked to submit all these documents again ?
