no complication in my case, they passed my interview in November 2012 and took my husbands passport and since November 14, 2012 they have not returned his passport with visa on it.

Just making us suffer and wait for no reason at all.

Background check are complete
Medical is updated and complete
Interview is passed and passport taken

So, what is their problem now only ALLAH SWT knows.

I applied my husbands case in March 2010 and is been 3 years now and embassy has his passport for 3 months and 10 days and we r still waiting

OMG 38 months: Now that is way too much torture by chc. I think They have very rigid heart or behavior or may be rules & regulations are harder than their attitude.

No there is no complications to our case my husband had his interview on nov 13 they took his pasport and gave him medical bu still we r waiting i think chc love us too much tht they dnt wnt to let go of us ;D

There is no complication in your husband case but it is their (chc) complicated mind that we can never comprehend

I ask all the members on this forum who had an Interview in November and passports are with CHC ISB to send a letter to CHC ISB urgently by TCS
and ask them how come they are not returning their spouses passports back.

My husband has sent out a letter today to CHC ISB asking them the above question.

If more people/members participate they will definitely raise a flag, I know they will (insiders tip)

MAY ALLAH SWT GRANT OUR SPOUSES THEIR PASSPORTS WITH VISA BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, AMEEN!!!

Sis I noticed something.. Not even a joke I swear they like to play with our feeling in each and ever step. everything they ask us for, everytime they update our status makes us all excited and they make us wait and wait..like for most of us 2011 applicants our status changed to "in process" no news once we get ppr, again will gotta wait just like u guys. RIDICULOUS!!

Its 26 months since my husbands application transferred to chc
N we r still waiting for ppr to come. Now ma husbands police clearance is expiring this week so im guessing i might get repcc wit ppr. Dont kno wen but in sha allah soon. Its not easy to say that 26 months is nothin. To make it more stressful ma husband had to move to a new appartment n we send email plus fax to chc n now we'll have to see wen chc is ready to give visa...
This processt take every single energy left in ur body. Im only 21 but now wen u look me ppl say that i look as if im in my 30s lol

sometimes you face things in life that you cant help it....so there is no point of think about it....dont worry....dont plan anything and dont even think about....u will get it when the right time comes.....I know whatever i said looks impossible but trust me you can do it if you really want to....

Mujgani sis I hear you! We all can difinately understand and feel the pain but there's nothing we can do about it..trust me I already got gray hair and I am not even jokking. Lost 12 pounds. Sometimes my family makes fun of me, they go like see where love takes you..lol It's not the matter of being away from my loved one it's the matter of our future.. Shaitaan is always trying to corrupt my mind I think of refusal GOD FORBID! i feel like my future is in chc ppl's hand..but just having the thought that Allah (swt) is with us feels very good!

Don't be hopeless sis just pray!
