Is your husband with your currently? Has he visited you in 19 months? If so save all pictures, tickets, boarding passes, passport stams, call logs, fund tranfer receipts and everything else that would make your case look stronger during your interview. I had also posted the interview questions this morning on the thread which I will provide the link shortly. I would also suggest that you guys order CAIPS notes to give you an idea about the reason for the interview.

No my husband is in Canada currently and yes he visited me. Allah na karay if I get to hear nothing from embassy till May (that is when my 21 months would end) then he'll be visiting me in June too.. Per kia faida? He'll come for 20 25 days and would leave and I'll be sad again. Mera kuch hojaye tou baat bhi hai :'(
Btw what do we have to take along with us as proof when going on an interview? is there a possibility that now since they have already wasted so many months, they might conduct my interview on a phone call?

well u will find many other people as well. I have received email from the embassy that the case is now in final stage and i should get something by 14th March.

So incase of a phone call interview, would I be informed about the date and time earlier or no?

Take with you everything possible to show that your relationship is genuine. Including what I have mentioned above plus, your chats, text msgs, phone call logs, skype logs, ecards, letter, emails. The more the better. I havn't heared about any interviews getting done on the phone since after 2008. It used to be the case but not anymore they usually want people interviewed face to face and that is why it takes so long to arrange an interview date.

my cousin and his wife applied almost at the same time as u. their case got complicated too and waited for 10 months after their AOR. his wife got a call for interview 2 months before the date and they gave a date on that call..i think u need to inquire urself. write them an email and inquire whats going on.

Ameen!!! Iam actually in Canada, and i have applied for my wife so she is waiting for the PPR, well we both are but it will be on her passport and thanx for the compliment I try to help people as much as I can with the knowledge I have to makes others life a bit easier

Haan but there are a few people waiting for an interview date here on this forum. And all they are told in the email replies that the interview will be conduct and they havn't decided the date yet. So people are frustrated. I hope they fix their system soon and get things going.
