When I see on this forums. The Normal cases takes 18 to 20 months. and my case is complex to sabar a hi jata hey. I have lot of extra patience. I am waiting from the last many years. I have only problem with my health. Now due to living alone here and imbalance in the diet my health is going down. I have ordered GCMS and waiting for the results. If I go to lawyer would anyone please tell me that should I go to immigration lawyer or human rights violation lawyer.

Immigration...if their is a human rights angle...they will know...

I just got an update from the MP's office - nothing much has changed - the file is undergoing background checking - though she said that the first screening has been completed and they are satisfied with the results. To be honest I don't know what to think of that. Although it sounds positive, but when I ordered the notes in July it showed some details about security screening. So does that mean nothing has changed since June? it's hard to say because the last month when I got an update she didn't share this detail so whether it's new or not I don't know. I feel so down. It feels like everything the MP assistant says the waiting time is 26 months and you won't be expected to hear before July of next year, it feels like my heart is crushing into tiny pieces. I don't blame the MP assistant though - all she can do is tell me what she's being told. I have told her that on the forum there are people who get thier cases processed in 12-18 months and 26 months is rare. Any how feeling really depressed. When is this going to end?

for me its 26th month .......... and after that what mp is saying is ur 2nd medical will expire in feb 2013 ..........so it may be done before that ...... so what i would say is ......... MPs are f k n idiots .......... they lie ........ even their immigration minister lies ...........

same here, always MP assistant telling me same *censored word* over n over again,
last year in January i told her about this forum she told me that i wont expect anything untill, august 2012,
then i got AOR on March 2 2012 n again new sheets in June

n i asked her two week ago about email n how everyone is getting theirs down faster n me n most others are waiting longer time
she said well, i cant assure but u might hear something upcoming May 2013 04 June 2013
that makes ma heart burst into flames, i dont understand y wen we have been patient enough, we still dont get progress but those that are new get it down quickly, dont fair

Second anniversary i spend alone with out my love, and now i have more issue goin on, that this is being jus to cruel.
im waiting for remed and PPr insha'allah soon ameen
but Allah swt is Merciful Maybe He has better plans for us, and Insha'allah soon we will hear good news ameen

use callin card dice its cheap n gives u 2.5 hours. On mobile
Wind has a good plan 8 dollars a month n u have 400 free mins to pakistan
plus txt n if u use all ur 400 mins n extra charge ia only 3 cents a min.
I talk wit my husband for one n half hours n i got charged only 2$

call ur cell phone company , and activate long distance from ur cell ..... as most of the companies are offering 3 to 5 cents per min for Pakistan ....

yah i bought a calling card today N its only giving me 36 mins before i remember it use to give 1 to 2 hrs as u said..............mostly im talking to my husband lyk 7 to 8 hrs .............have u double checked with wind coz all rates for pak has been increased in US N CANADA.

My cell phone company Telus charges me $1 N hour its not from now...........which company is giving 3 to 5 cents ........i use to use ring pinless it use to charge 1cent before N now its 11.75cents ??? too much haan.

Thank you for your support.I provided the oldest pictures in which me and my wife are standing with our familes. at that time our ages were around 10 years old. and I already send the finanical support receipts, Boarding pass , and telephone call history. I have spend my whole life to wait for her. Now ab baqi kia reh gia hey. Immigration officer dont see this that the person is now late 30.s and still waiting for her. yeh to dilon ka rishta hota hey. Dil ki bat to dil wale hi jantey hein. If immigration officer dont know the love and canot become a real man . Then atleast they should stand with these people. Ager love ka nahe pata to kam az kam lover key sath stand to karen yeh log. The person who makes frauds they make a stage and involve so many things to make it real. I wish to talk with immigration officer and want to tell them that real love still exist in this world. and its doesnot need any crunches.

I know the feeling. I told my MP office that too. Hang in there. I am not sure if it makes sense for you to travel as you are ahead of me (in terms of re-medical).

But if you do decide to go, i just got Eithad ticket yesterday for ~$1440 for Karachi.

I know emanzaib, its so painful :'(. My husband's remed was done in mar 2012 and background checks are underway since june of this year. WHEN WILL WE GET TO HEAR THE GOOD NEWS??
