Help anyone,
besides emailing CHC, calling, emailing ottawa and talking to MPs
wat else can we do to have our cases process faster with a little help from someone

My husband is depressed, im depressed and we both are losing it with so much pain, torture and life issues
to top this sundae with a cherry on top, my husbands landlord has asked him to move out of his apartment by end of December, and if my husband doesnt get ppr wit visa by den i have to send in the new address which will take more time, and again they waste more time on finalizing the case.

Help anyone,
besides Allah swt there is no help, I make dua every day, every second and hopefulli Allah swt accepts our prayers,

im almost in the last stage to think bout it
all i need is to do remed and get my ppr for visa, but they are taking a very long time, its alreadi 22 months n With Allah swts Will and Grace hopefully i get Visa before end of December and my husband can insha'allah come. ameen.

I must say if u think that they call u n after that no reply n now u r in interview que ..... So just send them again ur call history , recent pics , or boarding pass etc what ever u can provide them ..... May b your interview will Gona waved ...... Otherwise just wait .
What about ur wife parents they too don't agree with ur marriage.In first place u must have told cic ... When u have filled up the forms.

Thank you for your support.I provided the oldest pictures in which me and my wife are standing with our familes. at that time our ages were around 10 years old. and I already send the finanical support receipts, Boarding pass , and telephone call history. I have spend my whole life to wait for her. Now ab baqi kia reh gia hey. Immigration officer dont see this that the person is now late 30.s and still waiting for her. yeh to dilon ka rishta hota hey. Dil ki bat to dil wale hi jantey hein. If immigration officer dont know the love and canot become a real man . Then atleast they should stand with these people. Ager love ka nahe pata to kam az kam lover key sath stand to karen yeh log. The person who makes frauds they make a stage and involve so many things to make it real. I wish to talk with immigration officer and want to tell them that real love still exist in this world. and its doesnot need any crunches.

When I fillled up the forms I told every thing to them. I just send 03 pictures. I dont have any pictures. No body is agree with this marriage. mein kahan sey picture laon. (Jab pyar kia to darna kia.) I dont care about my self. Mujey to us ka dar hey. She will be killed. dartey dartey yahan tak a gia hoon. now destination is not very far. Pyar karna to asan hey lekin nibhana bhut musqil hey. life is very short. Immigration department is not asking any thing from us. why they are waiting. Ghora bhi hazir hey medan bhi hazir hey. I canot write every thing in email when ever i inquire about my case. I dont know our emails goes to how many hands. and its the matter of her life and safety.

Brother you seriously need a lawyer to discuss your options as their maybe things that can be done if lives are in danger, I think you previously said contact media, rarely makes difference and can jeopardize your wife's safety, the wait is so tough but your case is not average so a lot of extra patience and a lawyer is needed. Order GCMS notes and see what they say, prepare to max.

I don't mean to hurt you but from your story what will they think? He's trying to get a childhood friend or relative here...if her life really in danger maybe check with lawyer about refugee class.

Brother you seriously need a lawyer to discuss your options as their maybe things that can be done if lives are in danger, I think you previously said contact media, rarely makes difference and can jeopardize your wife's safety, the wait is so tough but your case is not average so a lot of extra patience and a lawyer is needed. Order GCMS notes and see what they say, prepare to max.

When I see on this forums. The Normal cases takes 18 to 20 months. and my case is complex to sabar a hi jata hey. I have lot of extra patience. I am waiting from the last many years. I have only problem with my health. Now due to living alone here and imbalance in the diet my health is going down. I have ordered GCMS and waiting for the results. If I go to lawyer would anyone please tell me that should I go to immigration lawyer or human rights violation lawyer.
