Mine is 4th month with DMO so I dont know how long it takes I thought it will take 2 or maximam 3 months

I have the same question too. My meds have been done though. But my case is with the DMO since the last month. How long are they likely to take at this stage?

If she fly from US then she needs transit visa... and also she has to pay $25 for that bag.....I would say fly direct to Canada...

According to gmc notes which i order in april for security was 1 and criminality not started so I dont know and now with enquiry email they said documents received and attached to file and waiting for decision making officer. So nothing is mentioned about background checks. How can I tell if started or done????

If your file is with the decision making officer, your husband will receive Re-med very soon. Do you know if your husband's background check are done ?? If they are done, it could mead Re-med and PPR together. As you applied in NOV 2010, unfortunately your VISA officer is the same as the rest of the OCT - DEC 2010 batch of applicant and he is super lazy and slow. Hopefully you will get some good news very soon InshaAllah.

Was wondering, on e-cas once status changes from received to in process - is this a good sign? can we expect to hear something soon?
his re-medical is expiring in 8 weeks..

Her remeds are done, no? They send the remeds when once the background checks are over. Finger crossed, we in the limbo since 2010 will soon be hearing some good news this month.

my ecas use to show both (my wife address and he consultants address) few days back my wife's address is showing but not my consultants address (if logged in using UCI #)

(if using Application #) it shows consultants address only

We had sent an email back in May in which we received a response end of August - they stated they do not need anything more regarding the file..
