is it possible for CHC to ask for proof of relationship in a ruksati even after they have requested for Re-PCC and forms? or would it typically happen with it or before it? just curious if anyone has ever seen it to happen

Guys, as I mentioned earlier my CAIPS/GCMS notes came last month and part of my file is done in CAIPS format and part of it is done in GCMS format. On CAIPS it says my BFD is 30 November 2012 but there is a Due Date of 6 April 2012 on GCMS notes. (This was under APPLICATION ASSIGNMENT).

Any other member had similar experience? What are your Due Dates in GCMS notes, can you guys please share?

I have read on other places from experienced members that the Due Date under APPLICATION ASSIGNMENT is the new equivalent to older BFD of CAIPS notes.

my due dates is not under APPLICATION ASSIGNMENT its under MEDICAL, SECURITY and UPDATE INFO

It would happen with Re-PCC and forms request. After the initial review, they ask for what they need to update and finalize the case. So if they didn't ask for relationship proof, then they don't need it.

That is correct, they now use the term "Duedate"" for "Bring forward date" in GCMS.

It all depends on what section its written in. For instance if its written for security check, then its the duedate for background check. If its in the medical section or notes section, it will be under that particular activity.

but my due date means my intial review will be done october 2012, thats the date my file was opened for processing october 2011

my file transfer is end of august and file was recieved mid septmber

so why does my file have a due date over a year of transfer

Thats how it was for my wife's application.. Over a year after file transfer they had a due date. They probably put the date of October 2012 based on the visa quota of Sep 2011. They might do the review earlier if the Visa quota increased. As you can see May/June file transfers are now seeing activity.

Lol so its doesn't matter who receives ur documents. But how long before u get re-med or ppr or both together? I have left ma faith n trust completely to Allah swt but I'm just checkin to get an idea of it
