Well skilled worker is based on points. The higher education/work experience you have then you are eligible for it. Not only that but there is alot more they look at it. For family class application, nothing is required except for genuinity of the relationship...

he got his immgriation done...way backkkkkkkk.. in 1995 or 1996......... but he use to come n go ........................... we got married n 2009 july......... n thn we were toghater for 8 mths.... after dat he permantly went to canada to est businesss .... n now waitng for meeeeeeeeeeeeee

Exactly!! thats what I meant. So he came on skilled worker application. I came with my parents in 1998. Dad applied as a skilled worker.

yeah back in the days it was slow, it took my dad about about 1.5 - 2 years for the whole process in 1996 thats when he applied and we came here in 1998. But now things are different and as I said, these process are going through London which could be the reason for fast process...
