Did you hear anything since then.

yes i sent my requested docs almost 4 months back and they didnt came back to me so i sent an email 3 weeks back and they replied me last week that docs you sent put in the file already and it is que to be reviewed by IO.

yes chc is slowing down our process for some reason but InshAllah one day everyone gets their visa

sometime three months so I guess you just have to wait for another month, but make sure you email them at least once just incase if they missplace your file.

Producing a child is sometimes counter productive when it comes to CHC-ISB, they are having hard time believing that the child is biological and not adopted from some close relative, it used to expedite the case but now with the new reality of majority conservative Govt, child works against the processing (unfortunately). I know one of the guys known to me have a child and been waiting for 30 months

This is the most unpredictable time when it comes chc
They send u a medical request which they cant perform because x-rays will damage the unborn baby delay until delivery

Also the biological question comes up

sometime they asked for DNA test if you have baby and when it goes to DNA one more year gone
