my husband had his interview today and he says it went well, the officer told him that he cant make a decision and that he will send it to canada and they are the ones who will make the decision and let him know. does anyone know what happens after this?

Canada doesnt take any decision regarding spouse sponsership as they already approved when you first applied, its Chc who take decision wethear giving visas or not, is there any complication in your case? or your husband lived in Canada already?

my husband has not lived in canada, and as far as i know there should be no complications. if there was something wrong the officer would've told him right?

This case is a prime example that the timeline has increased over 26 months because this has already been 24 months and they delaying even more

I guess they have to call jason kenny to get a decision ur husbands case these guys are just delaying

Why the decision is supposed to be from Canada whenever the interviewer is the one should be the judge at the time of interview.

this is incorrect, when i applied the timeline was 17 months and when i tell them now that it has been over 17 months they tell me that the timeline now is 26 months so its within the timeline.
