Yes.I have been in US for 8 years.My wife lived with me there almost 1 1/2 yrs with me in US.My baby born in US too.

if its proof then i should be done fast are application was delayed a year send them 18 months of phone bills and 18 months of texting and 1 visit to pakistan and another on the way 100 pics with intial package 12 of the wedding we attended 14 showing wheat harvesting in april with farmland and machines producing pakistans wheat supply CHC might call it new form terrorism

so lets see how long it takes for a lady who is a (farmer)

I know a person who gave his applications on May,2010. It's 2012 now but he has not gotten any answers yet. No remedical ( NOTHING ) It's still in processing.
Another friend of mine in 2010 gave her papers in. No processing for her aswell so her lawyer adviced her to go and make more proofs. Which she did about a month ago. She has just sent more documents. It's in process still.

It depends on how well you have filled the forms. How many proof's you have to show your marriage is true. And last thing luck. You need to be lucky if you want your processing not to be soo long.

can anybody tell me when they do background checks in the begining or in the last?

some members have said backround checks are done before and after medical results but mostly before intial review

actually if u have travel history then it needs more b/g n security checks from different agencies as I have been in Iran for long period n I am sure my b/g n security checks will take little bit more time as normal.

i received Imm forms when i got AOR in nov 2010 only

Hi Glad81,

There is no definite rule but most of the cases have been found decision made b4 getting the PP with visa.

Don't rely on the E-case. Sometimes they update it and sometimes they don't. If it shows Decision made on your E-case it means they have stamped Visa on your passport and its waiting to be sent out.
