after almost 2 weeks my husband address is still not on e-case last time repply from them was on the 15 dec 11 telling me

Yes but not from anywhere in Canada. It is done from the province Suskachuan if your cousin or uncle lives there. plus there are some other guidlines. I personally know few people who moved to suskachuan from ontario just because of this reason.
You can look into Government website of cic.gc.ca and go into provincial nomine program of suskatchuan.

Hi Everyone,

I just need some help and advice again, I sent my husband's application on Feb 2010 and I am still waiting. I am 8 months pregnant and have emailed them numerous times to let them know and they keep telling me that they are doing background checks and that i should wait patiently, I would like my husband to be here for the birth and someone told me that I could send a letter to immigration in Toronto with a doctor's note and they will issue a temporary visa for my husband to come here. Is this true? if yes how am i supposed to do this or if there are any other ways?

That is NOT true there is no such visa, max he can apply for a visit visa, and it depends on VO on how much he is satisfied with the visit visa application keeping your timeline in mind if i were at ur place i wont apply for visit visa, you know what I mean....

Hi everyone how are you, and glad to read forums that some are getting PPR now, i came after long time on forum as i was out of city, well i have sent my remdical +PPR to chc today and i didnt sent it before as i heard chc wansnt receiving any mails till 2nd jan, can anyone tell me how long it will takes to visa stamped and passport back to you, and when decision made shows in your e-cas? Thanks
