I have to agree with that albeit reluctantly. Before I unleash myself, for want of a better word, I should have realised there are people around here jumping to defend your honour, which, to all intents and purposes, has been squandered elsewhere

Yes but not from anywhere in Canada. It is done from the province Suskachuan if your cousin or uncle lives there. plus there are some other guidlines. I personally know few people who moved to suskachuan from ontario just because of this reason.
You can look into Government website of cic.gc.ca and go into provincial nomine program of suskatchuan.

Theres other provinces as well who are offering nominee programs not only Saskatchewan
