My husband done re medical on 3rd of September 2011 and got this reply today......


before that i always got that "Your application is currently in process and is in queue for review by an immigration officer."

but this time i got this ...................is it any positive sign

It sounds like they were running a background check on your husband before. If the email reply is correct, it means that his background check was completed and the file is waiting for its next Bring forward date to be reviewed by the immigration officer. Hopefully this new year would bring a lot of PPRs and happiness InshaAllah for all those who are waiting.

i have been e-mailing CHC for the last 2 months for file number but no response so i contacted my MP and he e-mailed them and they told him that the file is still in transit from mississauga from june 30, 2011 (GOTTA BE KIDIN ME)

on e-case it shows my file was approved on august 31 and CHC recieved on september 15 and medical results and also it said october 21 chc started to process my file know that has been removed from e-case

i call this crap

Brother you remember I told you that I was afraid that they have misplaced your file....... Damn these people ...... write to the Minister and see if you can call CIC call Centre and get some number for CPC Mississauga

when you are able to reach CIC call centre ......... ask for the contact info of Office of Client Satisfaction to file your complain

after approval from mississuaga CPC has no idea whats going on with the file they CANT provide ANYTHING

they are the one's who dispatched it to CHC-ISB........ they should be able to track it ...... who els would know

the agent said that ones we have approved ur file we dont have any contact with CHC because they have there own system so iguess i cant order CAIPS no one knows where the file is
