why the massive delay???

why the massive delay???

just got a response today from mp and they said marriage not genuine and they cant detemine when he left canada....he was here but left on his own choice and i gave all proofs of me visiting Pakistan 4 times in the last 6 years of marriage (with 3 kids altogether) and also gave proof of his tickent and boarding pass....so i dont see how they came to this point..

try sending them few mails a month and they will put that official email in a mail filter ........ Canadian High Commission is a guantunamo bay of Canada in Pakistan where you are punished differently for the crime of marrying in Pakistan in an age where our Prime Minister says "Islamization is the biggest threat to our land, nothing els matches to it", does your file show application received or in progress

Very well said. And at the end of this torture time will come that our kids will marry a Canadian girls or Canadian Muslims born girls in Canada. Our kids won't be able to sponsor their wives from Pakistan and Afghanistan. The time limit maybe for our kids in their life 10 years or more.

So after ordering CAIPS on Aug 20 today I have received a letter from them and this is how they work. I submitted forms on Aug 20th,2011 and the letter said "This is further to your request under the access to information act,which was received on June 22,2011

Despite our best efforts to process your request within the 30-day statutory limit, an extension of up to 60 days pursuant to paragraph 9(1)(b) of the access to information act, is required. This paragraph states that an extension may be taken where "consulations are necessary to comply with the request that cannot reasonable be completed within the original time limit"

Now lets wait more for 60 days to CAIPS arrival. Time he karab chal raha hy her taraf se

they need consultation to give you CAIPS ......... your wife's signature matched the one on the forms right?
