it all depend on ur file and luck ...
but yes about tht much .... or less or even more ....
just hope for the best n keep ur hopes up high ....

Those days if some had a case in 15-16 months i guess they are the luckiest person. 18-20 month for husband case and 14-16 month for the wifes cases. I m in 18 months now and awaiting for PPR :'(

Hopefully it will be completed with in 14-16 months if it is a simple case. Mine just completed 20 month yesterday with CHC and still no words other than file is in process.

The background check takes forever. My wife sponsors me. Let me explain u the timeline

Application to missauge>> : 2 months
File stay in storage room CHC. : 9-10 month
Repcc + remedical+ ppr. : 4-6 months

Total. Approx. :16-18 months
if every thing goes smooth otherwise we still have some member who applied in last quarter of 2009 and still awaiting for PPR
