i saw the e-mail my self she forwarded it too me
it is by him believe it or not ........... tht is wht i said tht is so stupid ...he asked her to call him any time ... or something ...
i dont know ..... i just wanted to point this out as
he feels as he is an "asylum"........

Thats what I mean, hynes must have sent it to your friend instead of his friend by mistake...Anything about the case that was mentioned in the email?

thanks saggit and wes...i'm getting concerned about this delay in processing. However, my wife is currently with me in Canada ( on a visit visa), so the pain is markedly less... do you think they're delaying the process knowing this (they're not treating this as urgent?)

in subject put 'caips request'


and attach the following documents:

access to information and personal informatin request form
(IMM 5565)

autority to release personal informaiton (imm 5475)

credit card payment form (im 5667)

prrof of your canadian residence (e.g pr card copy or canadian passport copy etc)

just scan and email these documents at the above mentioned email address
