Hey my time line the same as yours App in Nov and trasferred in Dec 2010. So far nothing for me too. And mine is husband case. what about yours? husband or wife? May allah make this difficult time easy for all of us inshallah

My timeline is same as you guys and its my wife's case. she hasn't heard anything yet. File transferred on Oct 21, 2010 but no AOR received........ Aameen

There are no AORs being sent since October 2010. You might want to email the CHC ISL and get your file number and also ask the current status.

An Update from my side: I sent CHC - ISL an email and here is the reply i got:

Now, what does this "request letter" mean ? is it objection letter ? re-medical ?

The letter could be any form including Supplementary form for pakistanies .......... or if you did not provide pictures of all functions, they can ask that ............. what is your timeline if you mind sharing

Thats your Re-PCC and IMM Forms Request and they could ask for proof of recent contact too. If you have a Nikkah only case then it could be an objection letter where they could ask you for Rukhsati proof or get it done.

As you can see that now OCT 2010 AORs are getting request letters, you should be getting one soon too.

Okay if you sent them supporting documents around that time as well then its most likely that your documents are sitting in the mail room. It takes about a month for them to open the mail and update the file. Once they open your mail and put your documents and proof to your file and are satisfied, they would InshAllah waive the interview.

Just make lots of dua .. it does wonders

My wife received back her passport with VISA and all the original and photocopied documents!

PPR was on Aug11th, PP reached the embassy on the 15th, VISA issued on the 19th, and PP came back on the 24th.

Its wife case and I am the wife. Hopefully we shud hear something from them in 2-3 months I think. May be Suff forms and re-meds. When does ur med expire?
