Here is a faster way to order CAIPS Notes that I discovered after I called CAIPS main line:
1- Go to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/completed.asp
2- Download and FILL in the following 3 forms:
1-Access to Information and Personal Information Request Form (IMM 5563) NOTES:check Email box for the form you want to receive the CAIPS in.
2-Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual Form (IMM 5475)
3-Credit Card Payment Form (IMM 5667)
3- Scan the forms and send them to the email address ATIP-AIPRP @ cic.gc.ca with Title CAIPS Request.
This way you can avoid the Mailing to and from Ottawa delays and receive them by email.

They give you the card to fill out in the plane before landing to provide at the time of customs and immigration. In addition you can also just bring a typed list of goods that you are bringing with you to Canada, that helps a little...zeeeee said:Hmm.. thankss for the info..
and one declares these things at the time of immigration? ie: on the form they send us or what? because I havn't even rcvd my medical yet..hence I've absolutely NO idea about the forms..
