If your wife is in Karachi she should go to Dr. Wakil (OMI) she will get earlier appointment.

Depends where you are, my wife is in Karachi and she went to roheena sattar and got the appointment for after 3 weeks...

Wes bro, this isn't necessarily true. I'm the sponsor and I have received a response from them almost every time I've e-mailed them from my e-mail address. I left the representative section blank on my wife's application.

Are you the sponsor or your husband sponsored you? If you are the sponsor and you didn't mention yourself as his representative when you filled out the forms initially you will not receive their reply. You will have to email from your husband's email address...
