i need help can anybdy tell me plz its been 9 mnths now..in AOR thy said u can contact us aftr 9 mnths so can i call them or send thm an email to chk wats going on? is it good to call thm i mean embassy..???
2nd thing....i m going in july to visit my hubby....i dun wana come back so can a person go nd live wd his/her spouse during process? ya us par b jahil loog objection karaingay bcz i saw many of my cousins did ths...bt thy r from usa not canada.....SARA KCH HAMARAY LIYE HI HAI KIA MATLAB HUM CANADA WALOON KE LIYE HUHH

Hello everone,

I have a question. CHC told me that background checks were over for my application, which was a few months ago. But after that they replied to one of emails saying that my file was in queue for review. What are they reviewing now? Any ideas? I have also been in queue for interview for the past whole year. I haven't received any correspondence from them, nothing at all apart from the generic emails.

My husband was in queue for interview from June 2010 until March 2011 then they took our file out because I went and visited him otherwise right now our file would still be in the queue. Unfortunately the queue is that long that in 10 months a date didn't come up for us. I know 2 other people both waiting from 2009 for interview date. You will receive re-med after passing the interview that's why you didn't receive any updated forms or re-med so unfortunately you will have to wait. You should order caips and see why they want interview and maybe send proofs to make them change their mind and waive it. Hope you hear good news inshAllah

my guess is they have waived your interview nahi tou you would already have it...just like what happened to Mahmed17's hubsand...and as it has been in queue for interview that why it is taking little longer
btw where have you been for so long? lol...reading silently?

Tuco unfortunately I think he will have interview because people are still in the queue from 2009 AOR, allhumdulillah mine was waived but I think he should get caips and see why they want interview because if they had waived it he would have got re-pcc and re-med by now.

You can drop embassy an email to seek the status of your application. they dont update on telephones !

no i am a canadian citizenship......i hv an origin card so i dun need visit visa um,mmmm yeah.....so can i go n live wd im til the process iis nt done........??? or thay will do objection on tht too???

I have heard of a few people going to canada to their spouses and then staying there and seeking refuge status but I aint sure how it work these days cx the rules are more stricter now !

Im pretty sure if u go ur case will be handle faster because another member the other day told us that she was in pakistan wit her husband for 18 mnths durng the process n now they came to canada together,
its depends in Allah'Tala's wills and ur luck. Im insha'allah goin for two months visit in september but if ur lucky to stay for a longer time till his case is done they u can. but make sure that u send proof to the embassy as in ur pictures u took that u are with him. any other proof that u guys are together n u r waiting till he gets his visa and come together to Canada. but u can ask other member that have more expierence, i jus heard from lots of people that htey are visiting their spouses for half a year or stayin wit them till the process is done.
