have anyone noticed anythiung strange...

today what happened is tht when i log in to my husbands account on cic to see his application status...i noticed tht his adress has been removed . earlier it used to come under his name...now wat is this....i m worried

"Itseems that, for some strange reason, CIC has removed the addresses infofrom a large number of people's e-CAS files." this update i have got from E-Cas tracker.. and mine address also been removed from there...

hi,, well my wife sponsored me, she submitted documents on 23/09/2009 after that they approved and sent my case to CHC-ISB and on 14/11/2009 they started my case, after AOR on 20/11/2009 they didnt contact me, after that in may 2010 i sent them additional supporting documents like fone bills, pics which i have took when she visited pak in january 2010, msn chat logs etc.. and after that still silence.. last week my wife contacted her MP and yesterday MP called her and inform her that my case is in Background check right now...!!!

My timeline is same as yours. I sponsered my husband last year sept 2009 and my our case started to process on Nov the 14th. I was married last year onJuly the 1st 2009 and stayed with my husband until sept , came back and applied.

My husband just recieved the letter on the 28th of August to get his remedical done because it expired in July.
So let see what they do next. I heard after they do the remedical they issue the visa pretty fast.

By the way i had written letter to the embassy and they answered me the next day and said my file was waiting in line for review.
After that e-mail they sent the remedical letter to my husband.

It's month of Ramadan and it is the last Ashra and we should all pray hard and ask allah for forgiveness and ofcourse to be with our loved ones soon.

I request every muslim person on this site to please remember me in your dua.

Saroo did they reply back saying your file is "in queue for initial review?" I got the same answer when i emailed them a week ago.

Hi Zohal, your timeline is bit confusing me. You file your application in 8/2009 and you have received AOR in 2/8/2010 its like 5 months after.

Please help me to understand.

me i m in the 10th months of my background check via BUFFALO and stilll waitin !

10th Month???!!! thats not very comforting... Has your husband lived in more than 1 country, and has any military background. Whats your time line... I am into my 16th month of total processing time already. It Suckssssss....

yes lost soul its not very comforting....i have asked my mp 2 make an inquiry, n still no reply from embassy...i m callling mp today but no one picking up....m so depresed ...how long more??

Well...considering it can take so much time is definetly a killer.... To be honest.. there is no point in contacting MP.. I did that ... He gave me the same answer ... its in background checks.... the question is who can tell us the exact time it will take. I have seen so many cases with husband sponsering wife gets approved within 14 months maximum.. There is no background check..Its just us who has to suffer. I have even written a letter to CSIS but no reply from them aswell... It seems like they have put a freeze on Husband immigrations... I hope thats not the case... why is noone getting the immigration.. Its been a while since i've heard a good news from anyone... especially husband case. Have you?

You and I have the same time line almost... 18th Sep... i'll be starting the 17th month...It's killllinggggg meeeeee.... I mean seriously this is no way.. there is no one to listen to us... absolutely no where we can complain or at least get an answer.

Hahaha, the first number is month, second day and third is year. So application filled in August 2009 and received AOR in February 2010 cause i send it late( I was waiting for my husbands police record)
