CHC Islamabad - Back Ground Checks

There is no fixed time and it varies case to case totally depending on how many countries the person has lived and how many PCCs they have to get verified but currently the initial process is starting after about 9-11 months of initial application and on average it is taking 16 months to complete the whole process at CHC-ISL. Please u ppl guide me what to do after a long waitng i m tired now and havent found any clue to get rid of these B/C :/
is there any way to contact CHC other than E-mail .
its almost 9 months gone after medicals and still my application is under background checks .
and 1 other thing that my addmission letter is going to expire 4th time during this process should i go for defferal or wait till CHC directs me to do so??
