I had to send some documents to my husband and i used registered international canada post. Dont remember exactly but it doesnt cost more than $20, well atleast in Vancouver. and although they say max it could take is 20 something days, my husband got it in 7 or 8 days.

Alhamdullillah my husband recieved his passport back yesterday!! I pray all of you hear the good news very very soon!

in the supplementary form you have to provide history for which ever is the longer period of time for you. 10 years or numbers of years after you turned 18. so for example if you are 22 you have to provide history for last 10 years. but if you are 32 you have to provide history since age 18.

I dont think background check is done. if it was why would they ask for police certificate, background declaration form etc etc? I always thought they start the background check after they receive the updated police certificate. but congratulations Maya!!! just a lil bit more wait and you are...
