dear just sit back and chill you never know what they ask you to submit and when itts different in all cases tthey may not at all request you for a police clearence certificate or they might it all depends on them there is no hard and fast rule like i said befor

Finally I decided to write an inquiry email to CHC after discussing with my GOORA colleague.

Sent an email to CHC today with politeness and encouraging enforcement to provide the real case status update.

i will u one more interesting thing
as many of u know my time line for my hubby.....still it is as follows:
june09 filed application for hubby
july09 approved
aug09 case started processing in isl + additional document requested
april 2010 updated polic certificate request
n till now nothing

so the funny thing is tht the updated police certificate will expire in october since its valid for six months...so does it mean they will request for a third one now? wow? really not fair !!

Mariah sister, I am sorry to hear this, I would suggest you should write them an official short/brief email and bring their attention to PCC 2nd time expiry,that is why after discussing with my colleque I did write an email also beacuse my wife medical & PCC is going to expire Next month in Nov [I was under the wrong impression they will expire in OCT, but my wife checks the dates and confirm they are expire in NOV] I am glad I got 1 more month

yes my husband applied for me back in sept 2009, the shame of it all is that my son who is now 5 years old was born in pakistan, never been to Canada holds a valid canadian passport and birth certificate.....and the mother who gave birth to him that is me requires background checks ...LOL
