Salaam Loon iam happy that you got your ppr request can you pls share something with me if you dont mind. I sent the same things they asked you back in end of august as well like pcc, remedical, addit evidence and some forms. Did you get an update on e-cas that showed medicals received then they reuqested passport. The reason i ask is its been 6 weeks now and i keep checking e-cas but says in process I was told that as soon as the medicals are receved they update it i dont know how it was for you. Iam sponsoring my wife and usually how long did it take for you to receive your ppr I started the process in nov 2009 so couple of months ahead of yours. Please if you can shed some light on this it woud great and may allah bless you and your spouse on your journey. good luck

Wasalam..thanx for the wishes...ecas is seriously of no help in my opinion..it still says in process or no further updates..new ays...the dr's clinic that I used to get my medicals done was ready to give a tracking no to track whether my medicals have reached delhi or not..however I never used it...forwarding of medicals takes a week..N then wat we did was contacting our mp..he checked his system n told us that our medicals n pcc have been received and are approved..just after a day I received the ppr...I did my remedical on 26 aug reports were forwarded to Delhi around 2nd sept.(I assume since they told me they wud dispatch it on the following Thursday).I received ppr on 8th oct..hope It ll help..all the best!!

Thanx a lot jaweda..do remember me in your prayers...My husband sponsored me..n yes I would advise you to contact your mp n c if ur medicals n pcc are approved by cic..n if they are then surely do expect some good news soon(IA) all the best!!!

Hi guys im new in this forum! i hve some questions regrading filling up the sponsor app,, if u guys help me that would be great.
im about to sponsor my wife. so here r my questions
1.. when filling out app for PR in canada the question about detalis about family memebers. which family member they mean by that? i mean my wife's brother sister or mine..? its little confusig?

When asking a question please try to give full details.

1) refer to the form number i.e. IMM-XXX whatever
2) When they are asking for family member details, its usually about your spouse and kids, not your brothers and sisters ( this depends on which form you are talking about so provide the form number)

and then someone should be able to help you out, and try to stay on one thread please...
