chc-isb 2009 applicants.... Any luck?

hi fellows
my application came to to islamabad last year 2 november and i got letter from them and in letter they mentioned my application process start from 11 nov 2009,and give me 9 months time.
so still i am waiting

yes my husband applied for me back in sept 2009, the shame of it all is that my son who is now 5 years old was born in pakistan, never been to Canada holds a valid canadian passport and birth certificate.....and the mother who gave birth to him that is me requires background checks ...LOL

I donot know what is the embassy doing with us,if u cheak the processing time chart for indians u can easy understand,
Look there what is the doc
Educational,(matirc,fa,bs)
Police certificate
Marriage certificate from nadara
Birth certificate from nadara
Id card from nadara
Passport data verified by nadara
These doc from nadara easy to verifying,how much time to need embassy for verification,1 month,2month or 3 months,so why need 12 to 14,15,16 months,
Any one have answer

Thats the only reason, because of being Pakistanis it takes that long. Lots of fraud cases from there, and with these new rules now there will be even more waiting and rejections. It was bad as is, now it will be worse.

Pakistani have done fraud by presenting only educational documents. They are not even necessary for spouse based processing. Even your spouse has no education, he/she will get the visa.

But Indians have misrepresent the whole relation by doing fake marriages. (Read CBC's last newsletter about marriage of convenience). Yet they get visas in 5 months.

Islamabad embassy is in back log, and this is why they have transferred all the federal skill class immigration files to London, UK. The circumstances in Pakistan don't let them work to their pace. They need extra back ground checks for each and every applicant specially male. There are number of things that are against us. Muslim + Pakistani + corrupted government offices.

The world knows the situation of Pakistan. They don't want any bad people (not pointing fingers on any one but this is reality) to come over here just because they are married to Canadian. For last couple of years, CSIS and RCMP have arrested number of people for doing things against Canada, and they all were Pakistani Originated. Ofcourse, they will do extra checks. You are asking them for permission to enter in their home. Will you let any one to enter in your house without asking/checking who they are?

So guys i know every one is missing their loved ones, and waiting to be unite with them. Be patience, and accept the reality.

Lets think for a minute forget the fruad/jhoot/misrepresentation just for the sake of getting VISA, lets think this from religious point of view are these things allowed in ISLAM,are these things is practical for a muslim the answer is NO.

Still peoples who adopts these things later on PROUD on themself that they have done the smart move and still call themself they are muslim. Please correct me If I am wrong but there is a hadees e nabwi [i just cannt recall my memory] but some thing like this some one asked NABI SAWASLM 3 things for fist two question NABI SAWASLM said YES YES and for last question; can a Muslim speak jhoot and the answer from NABI SAWASLM no a muslim cannt speak jhoot.

By not obeying the Quran and Sunit Of course we are seeing the punishment from Allah in this world and yet the day of judgment has to come, a day for which Allah has mentioned many time oh mankind please prepare yourself prepare yourself and do the right things. But SHTN said CANADA/UK VISA is most important get the VISA get the VISA even you have to speak jhoot or to do anything wrong do it and get the VISA.

Another wife with FEB AOR received a call from CHC today asking to register their baby for registration in Canada, so that they can issue a visa.
This is going to be 2nd VISA with FEB AOR on the forum and both for wifes.
