dia76 i can tell you of what happened to my case my application started in nov 2009 too. I made the mistake of inquiring and had to submit extra dociments which were already submitted. They did however ask for remedical so my advice to you if you want a easy process just let them to work on your file they will contact you themselves when the time comes. We are all in the same timeline and be patient everyone will get their turn inshallah.

You don't need to panic you should be glad that u have received the AOR that is the letter from chc-isb mentioning that they have you file there and they must have assigned you a file number.....
Now whenever your turn come and the immigration officer picks up your file they will check by themselves what they need extra in your file that is some missing documents of if you medical or police certificate has expired they will mail out your letter to you stating what needs to be done..
they won't let you know anything before hand even though you write them because you must have seen for yourself that the email reply they give is a general one or i must say it is an automated reply
So don't panic the whole process takes on average 12-14 months from the day you have received the AOR....

Good news is they have started processing Dec files now. One of the member on the other forum his wife did receice re-medical request on Oct 01 [Saturday] with Dec 03/2009 A0R date.

Maximus, I understand that it doesnt really mean that they have start processing the case but at lease it give you hope & motivation that at least they are looking on files.

you have gave them new PCC please allow them atleast 90-120 days to do a background check as I guess file is in background check so there is nothing for them to contact you but soon you will hear a good news Insha Allah since 75% of background period has passed already.

ainy they will ask for police certificate as well as medical again .. Because now average processing time is 14-16 months.. its no longer 9 months...
now there is a strange dude on other forum site making peoples fool around that he/she received VISA on Oct 01 with Feb 2010 AOR. Here is his timeline.
