sorry to hear that. but hopefully lets hope your webform lets them know its already submitted and they should process ur submitted application. Any guess why it might happened?(like did you upload the birth certificate without affidavit or the certificate was in a different language? i heard if the birthcerfiticate has a word "Translated Version", then we might need to provide an English translated version with affidavit..our application was cancelled on the grounds of incomplete application- that we supposedly didn't provide our daughter's birth certificate, but we did. we had to apply again. now we'll wait for another draw. collected some extra docs from our embassy to support the birth certificate we have. we also sent a webform. no reply yet of course. so good luck to all of you. so disheartened now. :'(
We provided the docs we received from the hospital. one page in English with details of the baby and one birth report in our language with my name on it. maybe we could have translated that to english. then I consulted a sworn translator and he told me there is an internationally recognized form A that need to be issued by the census dep. or our country or the embassy. we didn't know that. we received it now from the embassy in ottawa and uploaded it with a cover letter through webform. i don't know if there will ever be such cec draws with low crs points anymore... so sad...sorry to hear that. but hopefully lets hope your webform lets them know its already submitted and they should process ur submitted application. Even in translated version, they should have asked for additional documents to support translated version rather than cancelling right.sorry to hear that. but hopefully lets hope your webform lets them know its already submitted and they should process ur submitted application. Agree. but i have heard similar case before, they dint ask for an affidavit or supporting documents. just blindly denied application.Even in translated version, they should have asked for additional documents to support translated version rather than cancelling right.
