It's great to hear that some people get their PR cards mailed really quickly. I'm worried based on some other threads that it can take months.

The IRCC portal seems to be down again...

PRTD is a Permanent Resident Travel Document. It's basically a one-time PR card replacement that you can apply for outside of Canada if you do not have a valid PR card. https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/new-immigrants/pr-travel-document/eligibility.html

Not sure if this is the place to ask, but: I was thinking about travelling outside of Canada soon since it seems unlikely I'll get approved within the next month. However, afaik if I leave and then I get CoPR then I won't be able to come back without applying for PRTD getting which will take who...

Damn, nice, congrats! My case is pretty similar to yours, no dependants and I've been a Canadian resident since 18. My travel history is quite extensive though. Hopefully, I get it soon as well.

My medicals got approved on Friday, no email. But then on Saturday at 2:30 pm I received an email saying there's an update. Not 100% sure what changed, but I think BGC switched from NA to IP. Probably not related to ghost updates on Saturday though.

Update: just got my meds/bio/UCI approved/updated.

I got new meds done in July. Not sure which UCI is old. Mine is currently CAN000(9-digit-number), so I guess it's different from the ones in older applications.

CEC Inland AOR: Sep 14 No updates, except for a ghost update about a week and a half ago.

I have a very similar question: I currently hold a valid PGWP and visa. If my Express Entry application is approved while I'm in another country, can I come back using my valid visa? Or am I supposed to stay in Canada while the application is being processed?

No, I'm not that person, but thanks for the link, I didn't see the thread from yesterday. Ok, that threads answers my question: I am eligible for FSW since I have 16 months of continuous full-time, but since I probably wouldn't be able to get 50 points for job offer, it's better to wait for CEC.
