I think I just got my eCOPR email from this address "IRCC.ClientPortal-PortailClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca"

The email subject is:
"IRCC Permanent Residence Confirmation Portal – E00XXXXXXX"

In the email it says:

"Welcome to the Permanent Resident Confirmation portal process. The attached PDF contains information and instructions regarding the confirmation portal process for your review. Once you have review the document, hit reply to send the requested information outline in the document."

In the attached PDF it says:

"Your application for permanent residence has been approved. The final step in processing your application is to confirm your permanent residence and create your permanent resident card. You’ll complete this process through the Permanent Resident Portal (PR Confirmation)... "

Timeline:
CEC Inland
AOR: September 10th
Upfront Medical passed: October 16th
Ghost Update: October 27th

When did you apply for TR to PR?
Did you use new medicals or old medicals? If old, when were they done?

Yes, I applied to TR to PR as well but I withdrew that application. This portal request is for my CEC app.
I applied for TR 2 PR on May 6th, around 1pm Toronto time. and I used new medicals which were done end of April

That explains a lot many things. Parts of your application were pre-processed : like medical which typically takes one month tp 40 days these days.

Guys it feels like BIL/MEP for those of us applied after Sept 20th is going to take much longer. They have kind of processed till Sept 19 or 20 but after that... nothing.

I got new meds done in July.
Not sure which UCI is old. Mine is currently CAN000(9-digit-number), so I guess it's different from the ones in older applications.
