our application was cancelled on the grounds of incomplete application- that we supposedly didn't provide our daughter's birth certificate, but we did. we had to apply again. now we'll wait for another draw. collected some extra docs from our embassy to support the birth certificate we have. we also sent a webform. no reply yet of course. so good luck to all of you. so disheartened now. :'(

and this happened one day after our medicals were approved and biometrics, uci no updated :'(

sorry to hear that. but hopefully lets hope your webform lets them know its already submitted and they should process ur submitted application. Any guess why it might happened?(like did you upload the birth certificate without affidavit or the certificate was in a different language? i heard if the birthcerfiticate has a word "Translated Version", then we might need to provide an English translated version with affidavit..

We provided the docs we received from the hospital. one page in English with details of the baby and one birth report in our language with my name on it. maybe we could have translated that to english. then I consulted a sworn translator and he told me there is an internationally recognized form A that need to be issued by the census dep. or our country or the embassy. we didn't know that. we received it now from the embassy in ottawa and uploaded it with a cover letter through webform. i don't know if there will ever be such cec draws with low crs points anymore... so sad...

Please try to re-open your application by sending missing documents.

Yes, it can be reopened. I have seen one or two people do it.

May I suggest engaging a professional?

Even in translated version, they should have asked for additional documents to support translated version rather than cancelling right.

I think I just got my eCOPR portal email from this address "IRCC.ClientPortal-PortailClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca"

The email subject is:
"IRCC Permanent Residence Confirmation Portal – E00XXXXXXX"

In the email it says:

"Welcome to the Permanent Resident Confirmation portal process. The attached PDF contains information and instructions regarding the confirmation portal process for your review. Once you have review the document, hit reply to send the requested information outline in the document."

In the attached PDF it says:

"Your application for permanent residence has been approved. The final step in processing your application is to confirm your permanent residence and create your permanent resident card. You’ll complete this process through the Permanent Resident Portal (PR Confirmation)... "

Timeline:
CEC Inland
AOR: September 10th
Upfront Medical passed: October 16th
Ghost Update: October 27th
Wow congratulations so excited for you! Any dependents?

Agree. but i have heard similar case before, they dint ask for an affidavit or supporting documents. just blindly denied application.

BTW, what is this affidavit?

Also did you get MEP/BIL/UCI update?

Okay.. so there are 47 souls on this thread waiting for acceptance by the process.

Here is distribution of applicants and date range:

1Sept-10th 1111111111111111
11th = 20th 111111111111111111111111
20th = 30th 1111111

So.... we will see most time spent in MEP and BIL of AOR from 11th to 20th.
