Yes, it was recommend passed from Dec 20 to Mar 27. Only yesterday it got updated to passed and completed.

similar Timeline. Security Passed yesterday, marked completed in Tracker Today. Tracker application history updated with BG completed 27 Mar. Same VO.
Is your SVO still CIO? Mine was CIO at one point initially and then changed to OSC.
Yes still CIO. I never called again and don’t know of they changed my vos too. Did you get gu today again? Hope we can get the email soon.
I got GU yesterday ~4pm. Today Logged into Tracker ~8am BG In Progress (No Change). Called today morning and agent confirmed yesterday GU was Security Passed. Then Logged into Tracker at noon, BG changed from In Progress to Completed. All complete. Also Tracker Application History has new entry BG changed to Completed.
hopefully will receive Portal email at same time or in same batch

I'm CEC but Same VO and same status. My eligibility has been "in progress" for almost a month.
May I know when did your tracker eligibility change to "in progress"?
The CEC service standard is 6 months while that of the PNP is 12 months, so I'm afraid, in principle, you'll have to wait for a lot longer than most of us here in this CEC thread...
