Anyone here like me still waiting for security to be cleared? AOR 12/1. My security has been over 5 months long since 2/22.

This coincides with my understanding: no information would be disclosed regarding security, nor can anyone help with it, as it's highly confidential

Thanks. FYI I ordered CBSA notes on 3/24 and there hasn't been any response yet (after 3 months...). Also, I heard MP wouldn't be able to help with security. So I basically gave up any hope on proactive measures

Same here. Absolute nothingness for 4 months already. Entering my 8th month after AOR next week...

Thanks. I actually followed another long PVO Sydney thread for quite a long time in March and April. It seemed that most people there had Oct/Nov AORs and got "liberated" in mid/late April, and the thread subsequently became quiet in late April, so I thought the Sydney saga would be over then...

Haha good guess. Yes Sydney. My AOR was 12/1. Everything else passed by the end of Feb. Details see my signature. Have you heard anything from IRCC or do you know others stuck in security with Sydney?

No idea. I never tried contacting MP since I know that security is kind of the no-entry zone (it's all redacted in the notes). But I would think the delay (beyond IRCC's processing time) would be a legit reason.

I heard MP's office wouldn't be able to help with security. But in your case, they might be able to help with eligibility.

Maybe contact your local MP to see if they can help. I think they may be able to help with eligibility (according to the Nov thread) but not security (according to @ktakhan ).

Notes are not helpful at all if security is the only thing left. I'm not going to order any more from CBSA or IRCC. The security section is redacted anyway. (Even non-security information related to my spouse is redacted)

Yeah this coincides with my understanding. I don't think anyone could help with nor would anything be disclosed from the security stage. Well, what to say... let's hope not to have to wait until September.

And I just found in the Nov thread that somebody contacted his local MP's office for help. Maybe I'll do the same next month (maybe helpful?)

Thanks for your reply. I'm really not sure if my file is with CBSA. I ordered my GCMS notes from IRCC for the first time on 2/24 and got the notes promptly on 3/24 (notes dated 3/15). Then I ordered another from CBSA on 3/24 and never heard back. Not sure what the holdup is with CBSA. Absolutely...

Anyone know what we can do other than patiently (or impatiently) wait? AOR 12/1, almost 6 months now.
