Yes, case analyst has basic arithmetic issues. I submitted a letter of explanation via webform just to help the next officer. Just an FYI, My AOR is October 19 and review required since January 3

Yes. It was “Recommend Passed” that’s why it was “In progress”. Once they finalize it, eligibility will turned “Completed”. My assumption is based on my experience with the tracker. Hope you get an update soon
