@swan0206 thanks for your response. we are planning to move to us once h4 approved and spouse travel along with me (h1) to enter US on h4. We are planning to apply h1 amendment + h4 ead together under premium processing once in US. any downside with this approach?

@swan0206 , @harirajmohan I'm cross border commuter work in US on H1B and live in Canada on PR. Spouse live in Canada on TRV (PR in progress). Can spouse apply for H4 from Canada being non citizen/pr of Canada? TIA.

you can apply h4 from Canada it self based on previous members experiences. Also, you might be eligible for dropbox option since you already have us visa. btw, what did you do if you already applied?

Does H1B spouse need to be in US during dependent submit H4 application and attend interview outside US???
