can anyone please confirm the below

For paying RPRF its asking for number of applications.
My application has my wife and 14 month old kid in it.
So shall I put no of applications as 1 or 2?
Question is do I have to pay 490*2 for me and my wife or is it just 490$ for the entire application? I believe kids below 18 are exempted from this.
Might be a silly question, but just wanted to make sure if i am doing this correctly

Thanks in advance.

You need to pay 490 each for yourself and your spouse. Your dependant kid is exempted.( u can call CIC and verify)

So it's 490x2 in your case.

Can anyone help that how many days it can take to see Medical results received. i did upfront medicals last week.

First of all pls call your doctor to check if the reports are uploaded from their end. Then email CIC the UMI receipt notifying you have completed your medical Upfront so that they can update your profile. In the email include your application detail). The fastest update on ecase with medical received is 1 week in recent times.

Is there any October applicants received MR lately?

I haven't... I just called CIC and they won't give us any information before April. He did say though that usually "no news is good news"... Endless wait time :(

Hey I did the upfront medicals yesterday, they gave me a document and asked me to send to cic, where do I sent this to? Its an e medical information sheet.

Hello frnds
I am Oct 2014 applicant and I got my aor in Feb.
My Application is refused and I just got the email for the same.
The reason is because for 6 months I did contract job.
Actually I was on a payroll of a contracting company.
Wasn't this supposed to be addressed before giving AOR?
I have replied them asking to make an exception. Does any one know where an exception is made for such an employment and a PR is granted?
What should I do now? Please advise

Thanks

What date did you applied in october. When did you get that email ??

Can you attach your rejection email, of course, hide your personal info. So that ppl can review it and provide advise. Contract job is eligible for CEC.

When did you get thr mail today? Did you get medical request? Or you did Upfront medical?

can you please elaborate more? You can go contract jobs under CEC

There might be something else

It was contract job for a client. But the client wanted me to be a sole proprietor or get incorporated before working for them. I choose the former. I was on a payroll on his contracting company for this client and the contracting company ran my pay slips and accounting

Pay the contract company and I used to get my payslips from the contracting company. The contracting company used to pay me after taking their share
