Upfront! For me and my spouse

Lee - i did apply for my GCMS notes and did my upfront Medicals too. Medicals Passed, Security - Not started and Criminality - In progress.

I realized one strange thing that my Spouse details were missing except for her name and DOB etc. Even my kids information was mentioned but not my Spouse.

Did your spouse details get reflected in GCMS notes ? Can you throw me some light here ?

That is strange my spouse name is there they have is medical as old value stating passed but he had to renew it. Stroll down you should see your spouse information :-\

i did thought so.. Not just her Medicals but almost all the information pertaining to her have been missing in the GCMS notes that i received. I read in one of the older posts that they intentionally might have not disclosed her details to protect her privacy and also I should get her to sign a declaration form in case i need to know her details at the time of requesting a GCMS notes for us.

I wasn't sure if this was right but i did not bother much in checking why the details were missing. Since you posted, thought if you are facing the same issues.

I gave my all money, efforts, hard-work, dedication in Canada in previous years. I am an October 2014 applicant. I was not given bridge work permit because AOR was received after four months after I applied, that was completely due to Immigration delayed.

i don't think the rejection reason was because he got aor after 4 months, but because he did not have AOR and his WP expired during that time.

i think Letswork14 can provide more info on the rejection reason. i also wanna know the reason he was given for rejection.

AOR delay is part of the reason. I am assuming that he applied for BOWP before he received the AOR. When officer starts to review his application, his AOR is still not granted due to the delay, thus it was rejected. As for the second time, since his OWP is already expired, he doesn't meet the eligibility and got rejected again.

This is so so unfortunate due to the bureaucratic process of the last batch of old CEC stream.

Yes, the reason of rejection is they did not have AOR in thair record when tey processed it. I thought it will take maximum 1 to 2 months instead of four to six weeks but I didnt receive and wp expired. I got AOR in feb and I left the country

My spouse details are also missing in GCMS Notes. Same like yours.
I have my details and my kids details but not my spouse.

Yes, she did accompany me to canada and currently staying with me here in NS.

How is it going on the medical request front? i see most folks doing upfront.
Are there many others who have got a request from CIC? Or most of you are waiting for MR like me.
