I have the same " We are processing.. " text under the background check. Not sure when it was changed though.
Same here. If it ever changed I completely missed it. But I am inclined to think it did not, as my BG is 'in process' and eligibility 'not started' on tracker.
 
Received portal email #1 from Etobicoke. As per call with IRCC 2 week ago, the Processing office was Ottawa.
I received again portal email #1 today. I had already responded yesterday.

Has this happened to anyone?
 
Received Portal Email #2.

Before couple of hours of that, I had received a clarification email asking for the original entry date in Canada in YYYY/MM/DD format.

Suggestion to everyone to include that in this particular format to avoid any delays.
