I was wondering how long it takes for delivery after the approval message. Been waiting for a week.

Today, all completed in tracker. copr details available, when should i expect the email, or waiting game is still on.. can’t wait longer now

Can anyone open GC key account, I tried to open it showed Application/profile updated and did not go inside to see the update and now it shows server is down

Looks like you have gone ahead of me . You should get the email soon. I don't yet see COPR details on the tracker, even though all steps were completed almost 3 weeks back .

You and me have same set of officers working in terms of office, so it's there. You'll get portal email directly, first.
I read somewhere on this forum that COPR generates irrespective of what decision is made - rejected or approved, is that really a possibility. Based on FAQ on the site, that document is generated after application is approved.

Yup, same.
I just spoke to an agent. No change for me... Eligibility and security still not started, while medicals and criminality passed.
Agent was lovely, but seems like will still need to wait for a while

Its been a week. My approval and mailed msg was 27th April.

Hi my security is also passed now which was in progress, that's why there was an update. Now waiting begins

MED passed: Feb 10

Hi folks,
I called IRCC today and the agent told me the only step left is security. On the tracker the latestest update is "Background verification status has been updated to In progress" on Feb 10.
I lived in the US for 4 years before moving to Canada, and submitted the FBI record.
Any idea how long the security clearance would usually take?

Called IRCC today and asked where the hold up for my portal email, since all steps are completed more than 3 weeks back. The agent gave me a standard response of "they are working on it" and was unable to tell me where exactly the application is stuck. When I pushed on how to expedite it, she asked me to submit a webform since processing time has exceeded 4 months. Submitted the webform now, so its just waiting now.

I got no email yet yo. I'm stuck on the background verification (inprogress).

I have a travel history to Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Dubai, USA. Not sure if that's the reason they are taking too long for this
