Oh no! This is crazy, I have heard of anyone waiting this long before. What did your GCMS notes say?
So my AOR is 25dec 2018, I got married in Feb 19 and got email to submit spouse docs in Aug 2019. After that they are just saying it's in bg check. Last week I called them so they are like it's currently being processed in Delhi. I have ordered gcms notes once again. I am really worried , I don't know what's happening

Well, 19th Dec Aor

FEB 2019- Medical passed.

Aor for IELTS original scan (which was my mistake) came on May 2019.
Aor for PPR payment came on July 2019.
AOr for some random document (I forgot the number) which is for spouse family details and all kinds of relative details came on September 2019.

We had a baby on October.
So another set of AOR for babh medicals, details etc on October 2019.

Then after a long wait, in Feb 2020 again another AOR for New financial support papers, new police certificates from countries i have been to, new background travel declaration forms etc etc....
I submitted everything by March 2020 and waiting...

I cant blame them for asking AOR... But the issue is the time they take is an average of 3 months to give a reply, after each AoR is taken care of. I will order a gcms today.

The financial papers, criminality were all passed by 2019 February as per Gcms back then... They keep asking for different things... I dont know when it will end... I believe i have to wait another 6 months minimum. Maybe i will have to do remedicals as its expired!!

Anyways i dont plan to move to Canada right now because of the covid...

Yeah right, and I think whenever there is a change in application it takes time, like marriage or baby

I have submitted my file in December 2018, Medicals cleared - Feb 2019. But still have not received PPR.
It's been 1.5 years I'm waiting for finalization of my file, but nothing is moving.
Can someone help in how to connect to delhi embassy and try to check what is stuck in my file.
@legalfalcon can you guide in this situation?

Hello Friends
I got my latest gcms couple of days back. It looks positive.
The final note is from **OFFICER REVIEW**
"No indicators of concern on file. Application pending re-medical assessment for PA & Spouse."

The note was made on 28th April 2020...

Other earlier notes include "NAI Eligibility Passed"
"Criminality passed"... All by **OFFICE REVIEW**

I dont know how long it will take them to ask for a re-med. I guess 3 months is their average response time. Its almost 1 year and 8 months now.

Does anyone know if ircc is sending ppr to people currently? Or is it on hold or they sent ppr only to a particular country?

Thanks and Regards
Naveen
