Hello Guys,

I have been requested to provide PCC for my spoue and myself within 60 days.

Does anyone know what are the current processing times to get PCC through BLS India?

CanadaCEC - is this the second time you are going to do a Police Clearance for you and your wife ?.The reason I ask is my spouse's medical expired on Jan 21 2015 and CIC asked her to go for second round of medicals to keep her in contention of the PR process.

now sep getting MR before august that's y

I'm one of the 2 October applicants who received the MR last June 2015 (we both have a French application). Since then, no updates though (the other applicant already landed). I'm waiting for my GCSM notes.

It will not take for than 4 weeks. They don't send anything to India for review, your passport will go to embassy and back. Mine took exactly 22 days.

Thanks softfuel12.

you will get in 4 weeks

Hello Guys,

Indian PCC has a requirement to have the workpermit valid for atleast 6 months. I have only 4 months left.

Does anybody has previous experience whether BLS will consider my PCC request?

I also heard that in these type of cases, we can apply for BOWP first and then apply for PCC by providing the proof of receipt/document of BOWP. Do you agree?

I had put a WP for extension and showed BLS the letter issued from CIC, they can provide PCC based on the extension letter

you can include the extension request or get an approval from CGI.

Even though if your Workpermit expires in a Month, still you can apply PCC via BLS. In website they have mentioned but they wont follow exactly.

I applied for Indian PCC where my work permit is about to expire in 35 days. You can call them and confirm to boost up your confidence,if my answer doesnt satisfy you. :)
