Just got off the phone with CIC about 20 minutes ago. They were trying to upgrade software applications apparently. ECAS is expected to be down for another 48 hours.

wow!! So it takes them a week to get this one upgrade done... Yeah we are all screwed when it comes to CIC!!!! If that is how they run just the basic(not really informative or consistently updated) website no wonder it takes months or years for them to say "yep you are married and have clean police records(that you had to provide us with)" :-X
oh and it is a close call as to which one is more frustrating but I think the not working e-cas with the fact that it isn't down for everyone is more so!

well if we are dreaming then we might as well add in the fact that they might even start working fast enough so that e-cas isn't even needed because approvals are in the mail within weeks of receiving applications... heck IF we are dreaming how about we just start being treated innocent until proven guilty instead of making us all "prove" the genuineness of our relationships and they start putting more focus on finding the frauds and cracking down on them instead of making all of us innocent applicants wait ridicules amounts of time.... I mean if we are dreaming we might as well dream they could fix the broken immigration process... but I guess for that we would need a brand new government without their heads up their own a$$'s.... A girl can dream though!!! ;D

I was able to log in to ECAS previously until yesterday and today. Hope they are updating it!

I am still unable to log in in total 5 days now. Its probably going to be the same thing - no news - just my luck.

My Ecas is working no issues at all, i checked with the file number and with UCI number , and not problem aty all
