Can't access Ecas

haha, now when I go to ecas, I get this:

I haven't been able to access ECAS either with our file or UCI numbers! I really started to panic until I realised it's happening to others. Lets hope they fix the issue soon. Although mine will still prob say the same! ::)
 
Same here, nothing for the last day and a half, glad to know I am not the only one.
 
My Ecas iw rokign fine , i dont have any issue with that , i am using Internet Explore
 
I can't get in either. Not with Explorer or Chrome.

What's worse...the VO in Accra can't get in to issue my husband's visa! Second day in a row!
 
I still cant get on, but i did get my passport request email today!!!

hopefully its a sign they are updating things for everyone. Good luck!
 
I haven't been able to access ecas since I began my process 9 months ago. It says something like they have nothing with my file or UCI. I know for fact they are working on my file since I've heard from the VO but it's so frustrating not to be able to access ECAS like everyone else :(
 
I called the CIC Call Center again and there is a technical issue that is causing a lot of us a lot ot grief as we are not able to check the status of the application. They are aware of it and working to fix it. They have no idea how long it will take them to sort out this issue.

Whoever is not having issues, is because this technical issue did not affect your file. It has nothing to do with your cache or change in policy or because some files are not "in process", nor does it help because you are using a specific browser. It is purely a technical fault.

Mine works ok , never had a problem, I am using google chrome browser.
 
Hey darwinwap. I just saw that you had interview few days back . How was it ?
 
it seems we all having the same problem here which is good to know cause for awhile i thought i was alone,there is another thread like this one since 2012 of June were they was having the same problem you can search it, its called E cas status disapeared. i got some info from some ppl last year who was going through the same issue, check it out. but in the meantime i hope we hear something soon about this issue.
 
I am unable to log in to my ecas for 3 days now. Cannot recognise file number and the UCI number. Well, even if I can access it, I am sure it will say "in process".
