I haven't been able to for a few days now. Is it telling all of you "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:" ? This is what it tells me so I wanted to know if the rest of you are getting that response. Um hello e-cas I have been logging on for almost a year now... I know the UCI :-X

Yup, I am getting the same response.
 
Though it sucks it is a relief to know I am not the only one going through this......They must be redoing the layout or alot of updates...... :)
 
We can't log into E-cas either, neither could our MP's office using our information to try to access it.

It has been that way since at least Friday :(
 
Same Here! Cannot acess my wifes file thru the F000 number and neither My own uci somthing is Wrrong :(
 
Does not work for me either. I would not worry as they will fix the issue.

Whatever you do though, do not contact your VO about the ecas outage, as it is out of their hands, and may delay your application (they can be spiteful from what I have heard from others who send them too many questions).

Just sit back, and wait.. and try every 5 minutes like us. :)
 
UGH. Still nothing!
 
I'm hoping that when they say ecas is usually updated on Tuesdays, it means theyll get around to fixing it :)

Neither my my, or my wife's UCI work yet. I do hope they get it fixed soon.
