wow!! So it takes them a week to get this one upgrade done... Yeah we are all screwed when it comes to CIC!!!! well if we are dreaming then we might as well add in the fact that they might even start working fast enough so that e-cas isn't even needed because approvals are in the mail within weeks of receiving applications... heck IF we are dreaming how about we just start being treated innocent until proven guilty instead of making us all "prove" the genuineness of our relationships and they start putting more focus on finding the frauds and cracking down on them instead of making all of us innocent applicants wait ridicules amounts of time....
